In 2017 Brittenum Construction picked up where the previous builder left off and finished out the neighborhood with a collection of modern cottages. There are 51 properties in this subdivision situated around a community pool and green space. While construction is now complete, home are selling for $145.61 per square foot. Homes sizes range from 1,245SF on the original side to 2,785SF on the new side.

Woodbury is located just south of Lake Fayetteville and is centrally located with easy access to all of Northwest Arkansas.
